Client: Office Solutions Ltd

The owners of Office Solutions Ltd have been with us since 2014 and originally approached us after they bought 2 magazines from a management buyout.  They were recommended to us by one of our existing clients and we have built an extremely close partnership.

The challenges:

  • Lack of inhouse resources to manage audience.
  • Data saved in different formats and different locations.
  • Lost revenue opportunities due to subscribers cancelling.

 

The strategy:

We managed audience data as part of our Bureau service so the team at Office Solutions could then focus in on sales.  We designed and implemented bespoke sales software so they could focus on driving advertising revenue in house.

The results:

  • Audience management expertly managed by our Bureau Service since 2014.
  • A reduction in subscribers cancelling, increasing revenue.
  • New opportunities created for advertising revenue.
